By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and our order fulfillment process, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because:

  • You changed your mind.

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or style.

  • You no longer want the item.

  • The item arrived later than the estimated delivery time.

  • You ordered by mistake.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before processing begins, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hoursof delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item.

  • Photos of the packaging.

  • A description of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item.

  • Issue a partial refund.

  • Issue a full refund.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment before determining the appropriate resolution.

Packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier are generally considered delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or your local delivery office.

Shipping Delays

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered during checkout, we are not responsible for packages delivered to that address or for additional shipping charges required to resend a returned package.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are inaccurate or fraudulent by providing evidence such as:
