Thank you for shopping with Nizhoni Jackets. We appreciate your business and are committed to getting your order to you as safely and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Estimated Shipping Times
The following are estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in locating your shipment but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they have entered processing. Once processing has begun or the order has shipped, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
